Part Warranty
Each part, new or used, carries a 30-day exchange
warranty for the same part if found defective.
The 30-day warranty is effective immediately upon your
signed confirmation of delivery. If the part is
returned as a defective item, it must be returned within
the same 30-day period. We do not accept
returns for improperly ordered parts. No
exceptions.

Laptop Repair Warranty
Each system we repair comes with a 6 month parts and
labor warranty. Only the exact problem and
symptom originally described to us is covered under
warranty. If you need to return a laptop for
whatever reason, please use the same repair order number
for the return of the laptop.

Payment Options
We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard,
American Express or Discover cards. Check or money order
is also acceptable if you call us first and make
arrangements. For shipments in California, sales
tax will be added. We accept valid reseller card for tax
exempt companies.

Shipping Methods
We ship out all items and laptops via the United Parcel
Service. All parts are shipped the same day if ordered
by 12p noon PST. We offer ground, 3-day, 2-day and next
day service. Each part is individually wrapped and
sealed in an anti-static bag. Laptops are shipped
in a special box designed for laptops. All parts
or laptops require a signature upon delivery and each
box is insured.
